A

 Excellent Very good to excellent physical condition with very minor, if any, cosmetic imperfections. Device is fully functional and presents well overall.  Minor edge paint/coating wear, light scratches
or scuffs, small cosmetic blemishes that are not immediately noticeable during normal use. 

B

 Good Fully functional with noticeable but minor cosmetic wear that does not affect performance. Imperfections are visible but do not impact usability.  Missing rubber foot, minor scratches or scuffs on the bottom chassis, missing webcam shutter/cover,
minor frame warp around a USB port, small dents, or other cosmetic wear

C

 Fair Fully functional with moderate cosmetic defects that are clearly visible but do not affect performance. 

Multiple scratches
or scuffs, moderate dents, larger areas
of paint/coating wear, more noticeable cosmetic damage, multiple missing cosmetic pieces,
or other visible imperfections that significantly affect appearance but not functionality.
