NSCC Shipping Policy
- Please allow 24 hours for order fulfillment (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 pm are not shipped until the following business day.
- Diploma, Award, and Portrait frames that are selected for delivery will be charged an additional $15 fee for special packaging to ensure safe delivery. These fees are not included in shipping charges.
- Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to additional import taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. Payment of any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
- All orders are mailed using Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order has shipped.

Customs policies and restrictions vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures and/or restrictions can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
